About our text messages

PBRVR II LLC sends text messages to authorized employees and approved business contacts, including tenants, related to business operations, administrative matters, and building maintenance.

How you opt in

Employees opt in by providing their mobile number on a signup sheet during onboarding. Business contacts, including tenants, may choose to provide their mobile number directly to our office for texting purposes. We do not collect mobile numbers through this website, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on business needs. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
